December 22, 2008 Dear Mr. John Ambrosino, Sincerely, November 25, 2008 John, Just a note to tell you how pleased we were with the performance of your installation team Fri 11/7, as they put in place a new heating/cooling system in our condo, in Cambridge. They wasted no time, worked together very well, were kind enough to explain to us what they were doing, had a great attitude ("If it was easy, anybody could do it"), and remarkably did not utter a single 4 letter word (at least that we heard). Brian seemed a master of all trades, especially the sheet metal work. He was very ably assisted by Matt, Paul, Keith, and Mike the crane guy. And we were glad you stopped by. I just had 2 new boilers and 2 Rinnai tankless water heaters installed. From Steve and his crew to Jack and Tom one word can describe your staff: Outstanding!! That includes Marcie of your office staff as well. All are courteous, attentive and very efficient. As a Disabled Veteran, I use your company for all my plumbing, heating and AC needs. Jonathan has even installed an ADA toilet, new bathroom faucet and a kitchen disposal for me. From simple to complex everyone is great to work with and they all treat my home with the utmost of care. Dear Mr. Ambrosino: I want to thank you for honoring the warranty on my Ductless Air Conditioning unit that was Installed last August, 2008 by Aspen Heating & Cooling. After several visits and hours of investigation, your technician Scott was finally able to diagnose the leak and to repair it on Wed Sept 3. Through it all, Scott was polite, careful, neat and respectful in every way. He is a great asset to your company because he represents you very well. He kept me informed as I asked questions and kept a positive attitude that we would resolve the problem. I also appreciate the help from Marcy in the office who was always very helpful when I've called to request service. I am hopeful that the problem is resolved and the unit will give me years of good service.
